The Kindness Ripple Challenge is a simple invitation to notice, share and practise small acts of kindness. 🤍

A ripple can begin anywhere - in a hallway, a classroom, a kitchen or a garden.

Do one kind thing.
Invite someone else to pass it on.
And remember, quiet kindness counts too.

The Gathering Table @lisnacarrighouse @aventinewellnessgardens.ie was created as a space to simply come together. For people who care deeply about wellbeing, connection and community.

Not to present.
Not to perform.
Not to network.

Just to listen, learn, share experiences and have meaningful conversations.

What stayed with us wasn’t any one conversation. It was the reminder that when people come together with openness and curiosity, something shifts.

New ideas emerge.
Relationships deepen.
Connections are made.

And often, the ripple continues long after the evening ends.

The Kyne Foundation did not begin with all the answers. It began with an instinct.

A feeling that kindness matters. Connection matters. Community matters.

So much of the Foundation has grown from moments that simply felt aligned - a conversation, a shared belief, a person whose work carried real heart.

We believe good people doing good work should be supported, trusted and brought together.

And that is still how Kyne moves.

One small act can change someone’s day. One conversation can help someone feel seen. And sometimes, what seems small to us can mean far more to someone else.
At Kyne Foundation, we believe that kindness and connection are part of how we build stronger, more connected communities.
The Kindness Ripple Challenge is an invitation to notice those moments, create more of them and share the stories that remind us that small things matter.

The Elephant starts the conversation. The school programme helps keep it going.

We’re delighted to launch a new schools programme developed by @kynefoundation alongside @elephantintheroommovement - a carefully designed programme giving schools the resources they need to support wellbeing in the classroom.

The programme includes 20 hours of curriculum-aligned resources, supporting teachers to explore SPHE and Wellbeing themes in ways that help young people:

-understand and explore their emotions
-listen to and understand others
-develop sustainable approaches to wellbeing
-recognise when they, or someone else, might need help

At the heart of the programme is a simple idea: sometimes the most important thing we can give young people is the space to talk, listen and think together.

The Elephant in the Room is a powerful way to start that conversation. The accompanying resources give teachers a structure for continuing it throughout the year.
